Refund policy

30 Day Return Period

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund. GiffsOwn refunds 100% of your purchase price on all unopened items. Unopened items should be sealed in original packaging and in saleable condition. Opened items are assessed on an individual case basis. Please Contact Us if you have an issue with an opened item.

Items sent back to us without first receiving return authorization will not be accepted for refund.

 

Damages / Errors
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we may make it right for you.

 

Our Returns Process
Fill out our Contact Form and provide us with the details of your order and/or item. We will then provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first receiving return authorization will not be accepted. Frequent returns are subject to an account review; a restocking fee of 20% applies to accounts with frequent returns. Cancelled orders prior to shipment are subject to payment processing fees incurred. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs, duties, and/or taxes to return items back to us.

 

Non-returnable Items
Products marked as final sale, expired products, and gift cards cannot be returned.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  

 

Returns
We will contact you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your returned item. Approved requests will be refunded on your original payment method. It may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund to your account.
